  • Do I get to keep the sign?
    Unfortunately, no, you don't get to keep it. We are a rental service. We will occasionally offer custom purchase options but those will be listed separately in our online store (coming soon).
  • What areas do you service?
    Our service areas include St.Francois and Ste. Genevieve counties, and parts of Madison and Jefferson counties in Missouri. Zipcodes we service are: 63624, 63626, 63627, 63628, 63020, 63637, 63601,63640,63028,63645,63036,63047,63648, 63651,63653,63673, 63670,63087. Depending on availability, we can sometimes service out of our terrriory for an added fee. We are part of a larger affiliate group of 500+ locations across the US. You can also visit and enter your zipcode to find the closest affiliate to your area!
  • When are the signs setup?
    Signs are delivered during the evening hours, the day before your celebration. We cannot provide a specific time for arrival, as we place & pickup signs in the best order for that particular night. We do send a message by text or email prior to leaving for the night & again before our arrival at your home to help assist in surprises. School or non-surprise signs are often setup after school hours and prior to our evening or surprise setups. Greetings set up at businesses, and sometimes schools, will be set up on the morning of the event, and picked up in the evening of the event.
  • How much does it cost to rent a sign?

  • Do you take last minute orders?
    Yes! If we have the availability and the inventory we can do same/next day rush orders for an added fee of $30.
  • How long will the sign stay in my yard?
    Your rental stays in your yard 24 hours unless you would like it removed sooner. Please DO NOT MOVE the signs. Call, text, or email if the signs need to be removed sooner. We do offer additional days if you'd like to keep the sign for an extended period of time (if we have the availability). *We cannot guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time, as it varies from day to day depending on location of other signs & time spent at location.
  • Do I need to be there for set up or removal?
    Nope! This is a hands-free service. You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest! You are free to let us know your preference for yard placement, but we try to place our signs in a highly visible area, and we always text you a photo of the finished product when we leave!
  • What if it rains or we have severe weather?  Are your greetings waterproof?
    Yes, our signs are waterproof! We will even set up in the rain, as long as there is NO lightning! Being in Missouri, occasionally severe weather will prevent us from setting up entirely or leaving the setup up. In the event we have to cancel or change the timing of your greeting, you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Can the greetings be used indoors?  Or only outside?
    We do offer indoor setups! Indoor setups are great for fundraisers, events, concerts, photo booths, etc. Visit our pricing page for information on indoor setups.
  • Can I setup or take down the sign myself?
    Unfortunately, no. Our signs must be setup and removed by trained Sign Gypsies. This ensures you receive the best greeting possible & will be a true reflection of our brand standards. If you have a specific area of the yard you would like your signs placed, please indicate that during booking. Otherwise, signs will be placed where they will be most visual and enjoyed. Removals must be handled delicately to avoid damage to the signs. We thank you for your understanding! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE our signs. Call, text, or email if signs need to be picked up sooner than 24 hours.
